📢 Certificate Issuance
Students who successfully pass all quizzes and mark all lessons as completed will automatically receive an email with their certificate sent to their registered email address. Students can also access their certificate by clicking on their name in the top right-hand side and selecting “My Certificates.”
The course is considered completed when all quizzes and lessons are marked as completed.
Course Duration & Structure
The course includes multiple courses tailored to different audiences: Learners, Educators, Managers. On average each course will need a total of 18 hours of reading, 10.5 hours of practice time and 12 hours of self-study time.
Each course is self-paced and online and you can complete the lessons at your own pace once enrolled.
The structure of each course includes:
- 9 modules with 4-5 units per module and gamification elements
- Sources for further study and Glossary
- Assessment quiz at the end of each module
Progress
At the end of each unit when reading the content you should mark the unit as ”Complete”.
Following this a green tick box will appear on the side menu.
After completing all units, sources and assessments, the course should be completed 100%.

Pass Grades
Each assessment has on average 12 questions (multiple choice, check boxes, true or false, drag and drop or fill-in the gap) and to consider it as PASS the learner must achieve at least A- grade. In case you fail to pass the quiz, you can retake it.
After the 100% completion of the course a certificate is issued to the learner.
